The situation of Coronavirus in China is very alarming, which has terminated many businesses including the production of the smartphone.
Most smartphone companies assemble their phones in China because of the low-labor cost. With the Wuhan city of China under Quartine, many Chinese companies have stopped working on new products.
The economy of the country is also decreasing. Specifically, it has affected the production of the new iPhone (SE 2) and AirPods. Both of these tech devices are assembled in China.
According to the recent report, the virus has spread to the Apple production centers in Henan and Guangdong province.
Bloomberg report that the production of a new affordable lineup of iPhone SE 2 might be a little delayed ahead of its time. The government is urging workers to stay home in cities where there are more coronavirus virus victims.

The report also states that AirPods 2 and AirPods Pro are also manufactured in this region. Apple March event is coming soon where they will launch a newer version of iPhone SE. The device will be the cheaper version of the iPhone 2020 is powered with Apple’s A13 Bionic chipset.
The production for the new iPhone will start on 9 February, and the selling point will start in March. The company has also planned to shift the production resources to other parts of the world, most likely India.
