If you want to buy a Foldable laptop instead of a smartphone, Lenovo’s ThinkPad X1 Fold will exceed your expectations.
Its concept design was introduced in May last year and at the CES Technology Show in Las Vegas, the company announced that consumers will be able to buy it for $2500 in the middle of 2020.
This laptop is equipped with a 13.3-inch 2k OLCD display, It also has a stainless steel foil that protects the screen from scratches and a special coating on top. But even so, the screen is so soft that it easily folds and unfolds. In its full-blown form, the X1 Fold becomes like a tablet that you can use to watch movies and TV shows. On minor folds, it is possible to view different content screens simultaneously using split-screen mode.
The display has a 5 Megapixel AR camera, along with this Dolby Stereo Speakers are also provided. The display of the device will have a 2048 x 1536 resolution. However, the display is plastic so its fragile. Apart from this, the Intel UHD generation 11 Graphics card will power the display.

The bottom can be used as a laptop keyboard when folded full, While the upper part serves as a monitor, there is a stand built-in case on the back of the device.
Along with the laptop, there is also a physical mini-keyboard that can be mounted on the device so desktop experience can be given to the user and when folded, the keyboard can be placed in front of the display while the use of the mouse is also possible.
The laptop will feature a Windows 10 Pro Operating System, while the company has not specified details about the device processor, but X1 will likely feature an Intel Lake Field Processor. It has a 50-watt battery that will work for up to 11 hours on a single charge and has rapid charging support is also provided.
The laptop is expecting to release in the middle of 2020 with a $2500+ price tag.
