Fake information is being shared on various social media platforms and websites about the dangerous Coronavirus spreading from China, so Google recently removed all Coronavirus apps from the Play Store to prevent fraudulent news.
Google is active in blocking all Coronavirus apps from the Play Store; if users search the Coronavirus on the Google Play Store they will not get any results. This first was reported by 9 to 5 Google, and they stated that the Google Play Store was not providing any results when searching for anything related to the Coronavirus.

Blocking apps and games related to the Coronavirus on the Play Store; if users search Corona or Cod-19 on the Play Store they will get no results. However, no statement has been released by Google in this regard.
It is to be noted that there was earlier a move by Facebook regarding fake information related to the Coronavirus. While online retailer Amazon has removed all fake products from the Coronavirus website.
