With the recent Google conflict, Huawei started to build its own Operating System. At the end of 2019, they started giving more time to software rather than launching new devices.
Although in central Asia, and Europe Huawei is still launching tons of exciting prices. But for centra America and middle-east, things are not going as planned. Huawei Mate 30 Pro was the first smartphone to launch without Google Services. This smartphone is completely running on Huawei’s own Operating System.
Now all eyes are on Huawei’s flagship lineup, the P-Series. The new renders of Huawei P40 Pro show that the device will only feature 4 cameras on the back. However, the fourth camera module of the device is going to be a 3D ToF sensor or a macro camera. This module is likely to be named as Periscope zoom lens, capable of 10x optical zoom.
Although we’ve just got this leaked image, there’s no confirmation on the specs list of the phone. From the image, we can see that there’s a 17mm ultra-wide, and an 80mm telephoto lens. The front of the phone will feature a dual pill-shaped selfie camera setup, one regular and one ultrawide. The device is available in 5 different color variations.
Huawei p40 and P40 Pro are likely to be unveiled in March.
