Amazon has launched its newest mid-range Echo Show 8 is the Asian market. The price of the device currently retails at $90.
You can buy this product from Indian Amazon website starting from February 26, pre-order starts from today.
What is the Amazon Echo Show?
Amazon Echo shows visual content for the output of Alexa assistant responses. The device contains various motion sensors that automatically wake it when you’re around the device. The device is very helpful if you use Alexa services at your house.
Echo Show 8 Review
Echo show 8 has an IPS 8-inch display, which sits neatly between its bigger brother Echo Show 5 which has a 10-inch display. However, the resolution of the device is higher than the previous model. Apart from the display, it has 2 10W 2-inch speakers.

The Dolby audio processing of the previous model is yet to be confirmed. The device also has a 1MP front camera with mechanical shitters to cover it while you’re not using it.

Final Verdict:
The Amazon Echo Show 8 is a very competitive device compared to the Google Nest Hub. In terms of price, the Echo Show is slightly cheaper.
However, Google Nest Hub has strong support from YouTube and Chromecast Integration whereas Echo Show has the all-important Amazon Prime Video.
