The effect of the nCoV virus has affected most of the world’s manufacturing and trading system, especially in the smartphone industry.
The Q1 of 2020 has seen a remarkable change in the smartphone supply chain and manufacturing because of the Novel Coronavirus. The total forecast of the Q1 shows a 30 percent decline in manufacturing the smartphone market and total supply chain shipment.
The shipment of the smartphone was 90 million in Q1 2019, whereas this year it is declined to 63 million. The research also suggests a 70 percent decline in the Year over Year (YoY) offline market. The overall sale of smartphones in the Q2 will be also less.
