Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos reportedly has his smartphone hacked from opening a Whatsapp message. The sender was the crown prince of Saudia Arabia Muhammad Bin Salman.
Following the investigation, it is believed that the message was encrypted, and was sent from the official number of Saudi Prince. The message also contains a separate file, which Bezos considered as a false file.
According to The Guardian, both were chatting at the time when this incident happened. The message was originally sent in May of 2018.
Within minutes, a large amount of data from Jeff Bezos’s smartphone was stolen. The smartphone became to hang multiple times from which Bezos’ showed this to a person familiar with the matter.

Many believe that the crown prince of Saudia was personally involved with the incident because this matter has a great reflection from Wall Street to Silicon Valley.
However, Saudi Arabia has previously denied the involvement in this incident, but Bezos’ team is ‘Highly confident’ that he managed to ‘access’ his phone.
