After a lot of speculation, Twitter has offered an option to display reactions and messages on each tweet that will look exactly like a stream or thread if a chat or response appeared on a Facebook post.
Although Twitter announced it two years ago and showed a glimpse of it. This option can determine who is following you and who is discussing the conversation starting with the tweet.

The beta app is undergoing testing on the Twitter app for iOS and a wide range of replies to tweets are launched on the thread option. The option is still in beta phase and will be launched on Android platform soon.
If Twitter is not happy with the results, forget that this option will ever be included in the app.
The Twitter thread option has been tested by both general users and experts developers and has been running for several months.
