Sony finally broke the silence and revealed the official reveal date of Xperia smartphone devices.
2020 is going to be a revolution in the telecom industry because more and more tech giants are launching competitive and budget-friendly devices.
Sony plans to launch its new Xperia devices on Mobile World Conference 2020. The press invitation will shares that the company will announce new smartphones and other gadgets.
We are expecting a new flagship phone, probably named as Xperia 5 Plus. Renders and leaks of the smartphone are already available on the internet. The leaked image reveals that Sony Xperia 5 Plus will have dual speaks on the front side and 5 cameras on the backside of the phone.
Sony Xperia X5 Plus Specification
The official specification of the smartphone is yet to be revealed. However, we have the specification of the camera modules.
Sony Xperia 5 Plus also known as Sony Xperia 1.1 will feature 5 cameras on the back. This setup will include a 64MP periscope sensor, 12MP 1/1.5 sensor, 12MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP ToF sensor. We assume that the periscope unit will take over 5X optical zoom. Digital zoom will be around 10x.

The Xperia 1.1 is rumored to be a 5G-capable device running on Snapdragon 855 SoC chipset. More details on the device along with other Sony’s gadgets will be available on the MWC event 2020.
