WhatsApp is finally rolling out the Dark Mode Update for iOS and Android this week. The feature is expected to roll out in the coming days.

After months of speculation, new design, hidden hints, and beta testing, the company finally announced that they are releasing new updates for Dark Mode feature. The main objective of this update is to reduce eye strain in low light visibility and easy to access in dark environments.

The beta release suggests that the application might get two different dark modes. One for Standard IPS panel and other for OLED screens. To announce the launch, the company uploaded a teaser trailer on YouTube. The rollout has already started for the iOS platform. Android users will get this update in the coming weeks.
